This extended warranty provides coverage against any manufacturing defects or functional issues to ensure your Hard Hat Smartwatch keeps performing day in and day out, no matter how tough the conditions.

What’s Covered?

• Manufacturing defects

• Battery performance issues

• Waterproof seal failures

• Issues with the touchscreen or software malfunctions

• Any functional failure due to normal wear and tear

What’s Not Covered?

• Damage caused by improper use or mishandling (e.g., smashing it on purpose, intentional abuse)

• Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or normal aging of the product

• Damage due to unauthorised repairs or modifications

• Water damage from exceeding the water resistance rating

• Loss or theft

How to Make a Claim?
If you experience any issues with your Hard Hat Smartwatch during the warranty period, simply contact us at support@hardhatwatches.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll get back to you promptly with the next steps for repair or replacement.

How to Purchase the Extended Warranty?
You can add the 2-Year Extended Warranty to your order at checkout, or purchase it anytime within 30 days of your original watch purchase. Simply visit our Extended Warranty Page or contact us for assistance.

Terms and Conditions

• The extended warranty begins at the end of your original 6-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering an additional 2 years from the purchase date.

• The extended warranty is non-transferable or refundable and is valid only for the original purchaser.

• Hard Hat reserves the right to make the final decision on repair or replacement based on the assessment of the product's condition.

• Replacement items may be new or reconditioned to "like new" condition, and can be replaced up to 2 times if needed.

• One Warranty per watch – make sure you purchase our Extended Warranty for all of your watches to be fully covered.
